       Mixed solid and liquid fluids enters centrifuge drum via feed pipe. acting on the centrifugal position. Liquid-solid mixed fluid intercept the solid phase through the filter to filter out the liquid phase. Centrifuge Continues to feed until full. Then stop. Solid cake is rinsed and purified when the process requires. And the rinsing liquid is filtered out meanwhile.

Horizontal Peeler Series

       The solid and liquid mixture will be fed into the centrifuge drum via feed pipe and distributed evenly all over the inner wall of the drum, at where the solid phase will be retained by filter disk under effect of centrifuge field while liquid phase discharged out of the filtration process. The feeding process will keep going on until the centrifuge drum is fully charged.

Horizontal Screw Filter Series

       The suspension will be fed into rotor drum via feed pipe firstly through the filtering cavity between the rotor drum and screw and then cone bottom of the rotor drum. Under effect of centrifugal force, liquid content of the suspension will be filtered out via the filter net in the rotor drum while the solid content retained in the drum which will be forced to move from smaller end of the drum to the larger end under effect of the centrifugal force as well as differential between the screw and rotor drum.

Horizontal Screw Thicken Filter Series

       The suspension will be fed into sedimentation rotor drum firstly for sedimentation and thickening before it' s transferred to the filtration rotor drum for filtration separation and rinsing. The suspension will be fed in via the larger end of the sedimentation rotor drum. Solid content of which will settle down and lie on inner wall of the rotor drum, which will be conveyed to the smaller end of the drum under effect of screw; meanwhile, the liquid content of which will be discharged via overflow port at larger end of the drum.......

       Once the suspension fed into the centrifuge drum via feed pipe, solid phase of it of higher density will be settled down and attached to wall surface of the rotor drum under effect of centrifuge field. which will be screw pushed to drying area before it's discharged via slag outlet，the clarified Iiquid phase of it will be overflowed via the overflow port of the rotor drum.
